We only offer one thing — Racing.
If you want to hone your driving skills we offer racing practice. You can practice against the clock or work on your technique with your racing friends. Each practice session is 8 – 11 minutes long.
SPK hosts a number of weekly racing events we call leagues. Leagues are typically broken up by age, weight, and qualification level. League consist of multiple sessions including qualification sessions and heat races.
Group events can be arranged which allow a group of people to race together. These events can be made up of multiple practice sessions or they can follow one of our competition formats.
Wait WAT? — you need to learn how to Race first!
Racing Schools are held only on the selected Saturdays and are required for anyone under the age of 16 to participate in everything else SPK offers.
Kids racing schools start at the most fundamental level of vehicle control and cover all the elements of racing. If a child passes the kids racing school, he or she can participate in regularly scheduled practice and league events appropriate for age, weight and skill range.
Learn vehicle dynamics and the rules of a race. This gives kids the ability to participate in open practice sessions during our normal business hours.
Learn advanced kart control techniques, race craft and for the parents, coaching 101.
This package also includes 400 racing points (a $300 value).
OK got it? — now that you have the basics – you really want to win right?
Adults and kids can receive one on one training from our instructors. Often SPK staff and SPK regulars will be more than happy to give free advice, but sometime private coaching sessions are necessary to take you to the next level. Private coaching is personalized do-what-it-takes to get you to the next level.
Rent one of our party room and add a birthday cake at the end of a private kids racing school and you have yourself a birthday party. Each child will have to have a parent sign a waiver. Parents who come to the school can fill our the minor release when they arrive. Children who won’t be accompanied by a parent will need to print out a minor waiver, have their parents sign it and then have it notarized.
Conduct a corporate presentation in one of our classrooms prior to a group racing event, add some catering and you have yourself a corporate event.
The key to a successful bachelor party is to START with the racing event — then move on to the other things usually associated with bachelor parties. To drive home the point — if ONE member of a bachelor party has a BAC over 0.0 (or otherwise seems impaired) then the whole event will be canceled.
